A. Yes. We are a legal and registered transportation company in the state of Hawaii.
Q. What is the rate of your customer satisfaction?
A. So far we have no complaints from anyone. We get 50% of our new customers by referrals from our previous clients. I can say that the customer satisfaction rate is 99%.

Q- Are you providing car seat for my kid ?Yes we do with some extra charge. We have the safest kind of car seat in the market .
Q.I am a disabled person. Do you have any special service for disabled people? Are you able to arrange someone to help me in Honolulu airport with my bags?
A. We are a disabled, elderly and kids friendly company. All of our drivers are nice and friendly. Most of our disabled clients are using our Deluxe VIP + Greeting service which is 60% discounted and it is super affordable for everyone. For disabled people we give another $20 disability discount in this service. ( Option # 3 )
Q. How much time in advance do I need to book?
A. It is best to book as early as you can.
Q. Do you have any special service for large families or group travelers?
A. Yes. We are specialists with Small groups and large family travelers who are coming to Hawaii for their dream vacation.
Q. What is the major different between appointment and non appointment transportation service?
A. It is huge difference. Some of them are as follows:
1.With appointment service you know who are you dealing with but with none appointment service you have no knowledge at all about your driver, his company, their service and their safety level.
2.Companies who are spending a lot of time and a lot of money for advertising to find customers from all over the world most likely has everything is in the right place. This means their cars are cleaner, their drivers are safer, their service is better, they are 99% on time and most importantly, they have proper insurance.
3.If you get to any airport and jump in the cab and by chance forget something in that cab, most of the time you never can get your lost item back again. This occurs every day with so many people not only in Honolulu, but everywhere on earth. Imagine when you get in your hotel and find out your hand bag which you carry your lap top computer and your money and some other important items is lost and you remember that you put it next to you in the cab. You do not want to start your vacation with a huge problem. Now you have to spend your valuable time and make a police report and follow up everyday to see if there is any news of your lost item. However, with us, you will not have this problem. We have 1 ~ 5 people a week that forgetting some item in our cars which we return to them.
4.No one has control over regular small cab companies (called independent drivers). No one has control of how many hours they work, how many days they work and the mental and medical situation of the driver. This means you may get to a cab in Honolulu airport and the driver may be a very nice person and a good driver but his financial situation push him to work over 100 hours a week (which many driver in Honolulu are doing this at present time). This is not illegal, but this can create a dangerous situation for you as the passenger. We do not allow our drivers to driver more then 10 hours a day for us ( usually 8 ~ 10 hours with one or two days off a week ) and if we get them as driver we ask them to leave any other job that they have. Also, when we get help from affiliated companies or drivers, we try to choose those who are very safe witha good background and very good driving record.

Q- If my flight was canceled because of bad weather and I come with a different flight at different time, what is going to happen to my reservation ? Do I have to pay extra ?
No. No extra charge for you. Please inform us as soon as your flight is canceled and give us information about the new flight. We will make arrangements to take care of you from the Honolulu International Airport
Q- If my flight is delayed and we landed a couple hours late, are you going to charge me to wait for me or to come back to pick up me in airport ?
No, there will be no extra charge . Your price is final. please call us when you know your flight is delayed. We take care of everything for you and do our best to pick you up on time when your flight arrives.
Q. How about if I arrived and by chance for any reason I wait there on usually long time for my ride? like an hour.
A. Our company is well-known to be always on time as you can easily see from our customer reviews. But there is time and situation out of control such as: mass traffic, road construction, mechanical problem, accident and many others.
In this situation, if you wait for more than 35 minutes after you get your bags and arrival to your pick up location (Permittee Area) we will give you a Hawaiian T-shirt as a gift.
If you need a receipt from us for your payment, please let us know before you come or ask your driver to give you one. According to our policy we are not able to Fax, E-mail or mail you one, when you leave the island.
We Are Always (99%) On Time, But please leave a couple of minutes for security, and for unexpected delay for your arrival pick up. Please Also Allow 30 Minute Window For Your Pick Up from Your Hotel For Your Departure.
For Local Resident Departures: Please BE ON TIME. Because of the busy schedule, please be on time when our drivers are picking you up at the designated location. If we must wait because you are running late, we will be forced to charge you. We do not want to charge you so please do not be late and be on time. Charges are dependent on the time drivers had to wait with what vehicle used to pick you up.
For those clients who are booking us for their departure or arrival to/from Honolulu and they set up an appointment, please be ready for your pick up on time. Driver has appointment after appointment and if you keep him waiting there you will be charge for the waiting time hourly. Charges are different, depending on what kind of vehicle.
