Reservations:


In order for us to process your request for reservations fully, we advise placing your order a minimum of 3 days prior to your travel date.(but if you find-out about us in the last moment please call us right away we still have open space for the last moment - urgent customers ) All reservations are subject to availability. Any disability requiring special attention should be reported at the time of booking. Royal Hawaiian Transportation Group LLC will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the needs of the disabled passengers.


Children:

Royal Hawaiian Transportation Group LLC is a child, disable and orderly friendly company.


Payment Methods
Full payment for services must be received prior to service. We accept credit card. Credit cards accepted are:
 Master Card  - VISA
 
 All payments are subject to a minimum  15% credit card service charge in the event of cancellation.(merchant fees which is not refundable)

International Ordering
For international charges/payments to Royal Hawaiian Transportation Group LLC are denominated in US Dollars (US$) when charged.

Cancellation Policy
Full payment for services must be received prior to service. Cancelation notice should be via E-mail only.

A- Cancellations ( BE SIDE TOUR RESERVATIONS)  must be made 48 hours prior to the day of service and will result in a15% credit card charge.
B- Cancellations made in a shorter period of time (less than 48 hours prior to the day of service) will result in a 100% charge being incurred /No refund.
C- No shows will incur full charges/NO REFUND.
D- Claims for refunds must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of service.
E- For reservation was made within 48 to pick up time if charge was process, there will be no refund.
F- Tour cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to the date of service .  For discounted tour packages which was sold shorter than this period (last moment) there will be no refund.  Please make your final design before you call and book your tour.

REFUND:
All refunds will be credit to your account within 2 ~ 4 weeks after cancelation date.

On the rare occasion when a requested vehicle unexpectedly becomes unavailable we will make every effort to keep you on schedule and deliver a reasonable substitute vehicle. If you find that the substitution is not up to

with our service representative and they will assist in accommodating

your needs

Every cancelation  or minor or major change request to your reservation should be only by E-mail (written request).
